Job Title: Cluster Sales Director - Branded Hotel Group - London Area

Salary: Up to A£70,000 + commission

Location: London

My client is recruiting a Cluster Sales Director to join this Branded Hotel Group. We are looking for a proactive Sales Director with a proven track record. You will proactively grow new business and identify strategies to increase revenue in both MICE and leisure segments.

About the position

1. Identify and grow new business
2. Negotiate and sign corporate accounts
3. Develop strategic account plans
4. Manage accounts effectively
5. Review monthly reports
6. Drive growth in the MICE and Leisure segments
7. Report to the Head of Commercial

The successful candidate

1. Experience as a Cluster Sales Director in hotels
2. Exceptional attention to detail
3. Experience with MICE and Leisure
4. Strong industry knowledge and sales drive
5. Proven track record of success
