As part of Hilton’s continued growth and development of our EMEA Revenue Management structure, we are excited to launch a new Revenue Management hub based in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to join Hilton's European Revenue Management function in a newly created team based in our Regional offices in Frankfurt. The team will be part of the wider UK-based Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC), responsible for hotel revenue management for over 350 hotels across the UK & Ireland and European regions. The team comprises over 130 diverse members from more than 30 nationalities, offering world-class revenue management talent and tools to our hotels. This is a unique chance to be involved in shaping the growth, development, and reputation of the RMCC Europe team within Germany.

Position Summary

The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue, market share, and profits for multiple hotels through strategic coordination of revenue management processes. The portfolios are diverse, providing opportunities to work across different markets, hotels, and countries. The role is crucial in leading the commercial strategy of the hotels, driving revenue and profits while supporting Hilton’s mission to be the leading global hospitality company—making it the first choice for guests, team members, and owners.
