We have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join our revenue management team and oversee a collection of up to four luxurious serviced apartments. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving the revenue strategy for your cluster, ensuring exceptional performance and growth.

What you’ll be doing as a Cluster Revenue Manager:
  • Analytical Excellence: Translate insights into actionable strategies to maximise performance against competitors.
  • System Proficiency: Utilise revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools effectively.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with hotel teams and colleagues to achieve optimal performance.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Generate accurate rooms forecasts and budgets for your cluster of hotels.
  • Performance Maximisation: Drive hotel performance to surpass competitor benchmarks.
  • Pricing & Inventory Management: Manage pricing and inventory to optimise revenue.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market demand and competitor activities.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
What we're looking for:
  • Demonstrated success in a revenue management role, preferably with experience in multi-unit and multi-market positions within the hotel industry.
  • A tenacious individual who thrives on competition and is driven to achieve challenging goals.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management systems and business analysis tools.
  • Experience in coaching and developing hotel teams to drive revenue capture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with hotel teams and senior managers.
