Takeda is seeking a senior leader to head Quality for UK/IE within the Europe Region, coordinating with Nordics and regional CQ Leaders. The role ensures robust GxP compliance, inspection readiness and ongoing process improvements while enabling business growth.

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, drive regulatory and supplier quality programs, and lead a transformation to strengthen Takeda's quality culture across LOCs in the region. London-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• 15+ years in pharma with QA responsibility.
• English fluent in writing and speaking.
