Salary: In the region of £37,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

We are looking for people with positive attitudes and a caring nature to join our Customer Operations Team as a Cluster Night Team Leader to help us provide outstanding service to our students.

You will lead a Night Team in your Cluster and Region, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming night-time environment for students. This includes listening and assisting students in need, responding to situations, and being a point of escalation for your team.

You will be able to:

  • Support the Regional Night Manager in building and developing a motivated, engaged, high-performance team
  • Manage a medium-sized team across a Cluster of properties
  • Oversee routine activities, delegate tasks, and set targets
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Ensure responsiveness to student issues
  • Support student wellbeing in vulnerable or difficult situations
  • Ensure safety and security through regular building checks

You will lead from the front to:

  • Provide a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conduct regular building checks for safety and cleanliness
  • Perform adhoc housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and toolbox talks
  • Support local and regional teams as a point of escalation
