Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We’re looking for a Service Leader who is caring, dedicated, and passionate about working with people. You will manage five services, supporting individuals with diverse needs to live their best lives. Experience in health or social care, a positive attitude, and a passion for community integration are essential. Experience supporting individuals with behaviors requiring intensive support planning is also required. Basic IT skills are necessary, with training available. A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, Care Management Level 3) is required.
