Job description

This global retailer strategically positions itself in prime locations to cater to its target clientele. They are known for great training and progression opportunities. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Cluster Manager to join their team.

As a Cluster Manager, your primary focus will be to drive sales by prioritising excellent customer service and effective staff management. You will continuously assess team performance, coaching, concession partnerships, commercial strategies, and overall brand standards. Your role involves analysing sales drivers and identifying areas for enhancement, as well as overseeing recruitment and ongoing training for the site.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a manager in a large, high sales revenue store or cluster of stores, demonstrating confidence in independent decision-making and adeptness at managing rapidly changing priorities. A successful track record in meeting sales targets, fostering exceptional customer experiences, and emphasising team training and development is essential.

The position offers a salary of up to £42,000 for the suitable candidate, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including ample holiday entitlement, company discounts, healthcare, and alternate weekends off. There is a management annual bonus worth 20% of salary.
