What will I do?

Leading by example, you will maintain the upkeep of the hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned . Make sure the hotel is safe and functional at all times , carry out regular checks and testing, being sure to address any health & safety concerns with the utmost urgency.
