As a Meetings & Events (M&E) Executive, you’ll make a significant impact on our business. We want you to bring your dynamic personality to work every day. This role is busy and rewarding! You’ll support a cluster of hotels to ensure all M&E customer inquiries are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing proposals for M&E enquiries in line with customer requests
  • Developing strong client relationships to increase inquiries and business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with operational teams across your hotel cluster to ensure details are captured
  • Gathering feedback from clients to encourage repeat business
  • Producing contracts and issuing invoices to customers
