Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in London is seeking a Cluster Meetings & Events (M&E) Sales Executive to manage enquiries, convert opportunities, and drive revenue across our UK portfolio. You will build relationships with organisers, produce function sheets, and coordinate with hotel operations to ensure events run smoothly.

You will ensure accurate updates in Sales & Catering/Opera/Delphi, work with the M&E Office Manager to meet revenue targets, and foster repeat business through excellent hospitality and

Responsibilities

• Increase conversion of enquiries by developing client relationships and maximising sales leads
• Produce function sheets and liaise closely with the hotel operational teams to ensure the smooth running of events
• Ensure Sales & Catering/Opera/Delphi are updated with accurate and relevant information in line with event contract – attention to detail is key
• Work with the M&E Office Manager to ensure revenue targets are achieved
• Develop strong relationships with organisers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled
• Gather feedback from clients – we love repeat business!
• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and love delivering first class customer service
