Responsibilities:

• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues
• Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems, with good knowledge of IT Security solutions
• Managing Active Directory and Group Policy
• Administering Office 365
