Cluster IT Support Technician – 2nd Line £22,000 to £27,000 London | Permanent

Code Red is representing a client that is looking for an IT Support Technician to travel and support schools within the academy trust in Croydon, Deptford, South Norwood.

1. Checking computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
2. Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
3. Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues.
4. Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
5. Good knowledge of IT Security solutions.
6. Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
7. Office 365 Administration.

Please note you will need to have full right to work in the UK due to undergoing DBS checks. You will also need to have a full UK driving license to travel to different sites.
