Cluster IT Support Technician £22,000 to £24,000 Reading | Permanent

Code Red are representing a client that is looking for an IT Support Technician to travel and support schools within the academy trust in Reading.

• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues
• Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Good knowledge of IT Security solutions
• Active Directory and Group Policy Management
• Office 365 Administration
