Qualifications

  • Progress towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification; being qualified is a plus.

  • A passion for engaging with people and coordinating activity calendars.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Confidence to assist with inductions and training initiatives.

A fantastic opportunity for a Cluster HR Coordinator to join our teams at Kimpton Clocktower & The Manchester Deansgate Hotel!

This is an on-site role, based at both hotels, offering a salary of £28,080.00 (equivalent to £13.50 p/h).

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support the smooth operation of the HR departments. The HR Coordinator will assist with daily tasks related to compliance, engagement, HR initiatives, and employee welfare. We value individuals who care about others, work efficiently, and bring innovative ideas to our HR functions.

This role will support both Kimpton Clocktower and The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, which are distinct in their identity and positioning, so versatility is essential.

Kimpton Clocktower aims to provide a contemporary luxury hotel experience while fostering genuine human connections—what we call Stay Human.

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is committed to redefining luxury travel, blending sophistication with Manchester's rich culture. It will transition to the InterContinental brand by 2027, enhancing your experience with signature luxury and service.

To succeed as an HR Coordinator, you will need:
