Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Cluster Chief Engineer to join our team. The Cluster Chief Engineer (CCE) oversees cost-effective maintenance and smooth operation across multiple hotels. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, managing maintenance teams and budgets, and maintaining high standards of upkeep. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the Montcalm Collection and showcase your skills. As a trusted ambassador, you will have the chance to work across various properties, delivering exceptional service and product standards with a focus on customer care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage engineering and maintenance activities.
2. Oversee contracts and ensure maintenance efficiency.
3. Manage physical plant and safety systems.
4. Plan and evaluate preventative maintenance programs.
5. Empower employees to deliver exceptional service.
6. Maintain open and collaborative relationships.
7. Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce property policies.

9. Prioritize health and safety guidelines, adhering to company policies and regulations.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Chief Engineer experience in luxury hospitality.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
• Expertise in safety and facilities management.
• Strong financial management and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of hotel policies and sustainability practices.
