Job Title: Clubhouse Host – Luxury Residential Apartments
Salary: £28,000
Location: London

We are seeking an engaging and professional Clubhouse Host to join the team at one of London’s most prestigious luxury residential developments. As the face of the Clubhouse, you will be welcoming residents, coordinating exclusive amenities, and delivering a seamless five-star experience every day.

About the Position

  • Warmly welcome and assist residents and their guests in a professional, personable manner
  • Coordinate resident bookings for spa treatments, cinema, dining rooms, and other Clubhouse facilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels across all amenity spaces
  • Carry out regular pool tests and ensure recreation areas and equipment are maintained
  • Support with light beverage service when required
  • Handle resident requests and concerns promptly, ensuring outstanding levels of satisfaction
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance issues
  • Work 8-hour shifts, 5 on / 2 off, between 6:00 am – 11:00 pm

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential environments
  • Impeccable communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, polished presentation and a warm, approachable manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and team-oriented, with a passion for delivering five-star service
