The WRU is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to manage volunteer activities across Community Clubs in Wales. This full-time, permanent position involves launching a National Volunteering Campaign, training volunteers, and enhancing stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to equality and inclusion in sport.
Working as the WRU Volunteer Coordinator, you'll manage all elements of volunteering relating to Community Clubs across Wales.
You'll manage volunteers and the relationships with those they work with. You will launch a National Volunteering Campaign for the WRU. You'll also monitor, evaluate, and accredit volunteers.
Closing Date: 31st July 2025
Salary: £31,060 per annum
Location: Hybrid working with an expectation that you will work in an agreed WRU office/location at least three days per week.
Hours of work: 35 hrs per week across a 7/7 pattern
Responsible to: Club Business Development Lead
Contractual status: Full time, permanent
