A premier hotel chain in Brighton is looking for a Spa Supervisor to lead the spa team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications, a passion for customer service, and the ability to upsell spa treatments. We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Supervisor with a passion to deliver consistently exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified. Experience with TEMPLE SPA, ELEMIS training would be a distinct advantage. Your duties will include welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, conducting show rounds, cashing up, and managing general day-to-day spa reception duties.
As a Spa Supervisor, you will assist the Spa Manager in looking after our spa and leisure guests, lead and motivate the team to ensure consistency in guest service, and carry out a variety of treatments including massage. You should be knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to making every guest's visit memorable. Additionally, you will support your manager in maximizing revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of high-quality spa treatments and products.
