Job summary

Third Space, a collection of luxury health clubs in London, is seeking a full-time permanent Member Concierge for its Soho club. You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering five-star service in a luxury environment and upholding the company standards.

Key duties include welcoming members, supporting enquiries with composure, and working early and late shifts (5:30–23:00). This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for progression within the club network.

We are looking for a full-time permanent Member Concierge to join us at our newest club in the heart of Soho. Our Member Concierge team members are the first point of contact for a member upon entering the club and so they play a crucial role in demonstrating the exceptional standards and values which we at Third Space live and breathe by.
