The Role

This opportunity involves managing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, inspiring and leading the team to achieve high performance, delivering excellent customer service, and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, KPIs, P&L, and driving club performance. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards and service levels.

The Person

We seek an experienced manager with a proven track record in running a department or club, understanding the importance of service quality for business success.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-end club management and possess strong leadership and motivational skills. Willingness to hands-on when necessary is essential.
