Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily club operations and uphold the commitment to excellence.
• Manage a diverse team, ensuring outstanding customer service and safety compliance.
• Maintain an operations manual and manage the club budget effectively.
• Lead cleaning standards and ensure all equipment is safe and well-maintained.
• Drive projects, renovations and staff training.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in gym management, ideally branded or Hotel based fitness/ leisure.
• Strong leadership skills with an eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
