Do you love working with children and want to turn your energy and leadership skills into something truly meaningful? At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we’re looking for passionate people to lead our Breakfast & After School Clubs (and Holiday Clubs too!) where play, creativity, and connection come together.
As a Childcare Setting Manager, you’ll be at the heart of one of our children’s activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!
This could be a great first step into management.

You may have worked as a Sports Coach, Teaching Assistant (TA), Playworker, Drama/Dance Instructor, NCS Leader, Scout Leader, Nursery Manager, SEN Support, Dinner Lady, Student, or even as a parent wanting a new career in childcare.
We’re committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children in our care. All roles require an Enhanced DBS check,Children's Barred List Check, and are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment is subject to satisfactory DBS and suitability checks. As part of our safeguarding and due diligence procedures, online searches may be undertaken in relation to shortlisted candidates.
