After more than two decades of service, our Club Manager is retiring, and we are looking for the right person to take on one of the most rewarding roles in Aberdeen golf.
Hazlehead Golf Club is a well-established members’ club with a loyal membership and a friendly, sociable atmosphere. The Club Manager is the senior person on site and the face of the clubhouse: running the bar, leading the team, keeping the books straight and making sure members and their guests are looked after.
The position comes with rent-free accommodation in a self-contained flat attached to the clubhouse, provided as part of the role. On top of the salary, the Club covers:
The flat can be taken furnished or unfurnished, by negotiation with the successful candidate. With no rent, no bills and a commute measured in seconds, this is a package that goes considerably further than the salary alone — a genuinely rare opportunity for someone who wants to live and work in one of Aberdeen’s best settings.
40 hours per week, worked across up to six days from Monday to Sunday, typically between 7.00am and 11.00pm, with flexibility around competitions, functions and the needs of the Club. Evenings and weekends are part of the rhythm of club life.
