Job summary

Luton Town FC is seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day maintenance of all club sites, including the Stadium, Training Ground and ClubShop. The role requires flexibility for matchdays and out-of-hours work across venues, with duties spanning general upkeep, cleaning and basic repairs.

Applicants should have a practical understanding of maintenance and safety, and be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliant with site rules.
• Willingness to work across multiple Club sites and on matchdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks across Club premises.
• Assist in decorating, cleaning and minor repairs.
• Clear blockages, clean drains and maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Ensure gutters, gullies and drains are free from debris.
• Assist with snow clearance and gritting during adverse weather.
• Transport furniture and assist contractors on site.
• Maintain flooring, walls and furniture during off-peak periods.
