Qualifications

• 2–4 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing within music or live events.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance.
• Proven success in campaigns driving acquisition and conversion (ticketing/subscriptions).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute club events from conception to completion.
• Lead full-funnel campaigns for flagship events including lineups and on-sales.
• Manage media buying, audience targeting, and newsletter growth.
• Coordinate with brands, partners, and venues to ensure smooth events.
• Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROAS and engagement.
