Job summary

Google in London seeks a Senior UX Design Manager for Cloud to guide product strategy, reduce complexity, and design ecosystem-level experiences. You will champion user-centered design and scale design across teams.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, and translate user needs into elegant workflows across Google Cloud, influencing outcomes at a systems level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product design leading and shipping consumer mobile products.
• 4 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience building and shipping AI products and integrating AI/ML into user workflows.
• Include portfolio or links in resume.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and adoption of a modular, API-first Continuous Delivery ecosystem across Google environments to accelerate developer velocity.
• Transform production incident handling with Autonomous AI agents to forecast and mitigate outages before they occur.
• Deliver a simple, intelligent platform with unified observability and proactive AI-driven insights across Alphabet.
• Build Cloud’s unified AI foundation enabling autonomous agents across multi-cloud environments.
