A leading company in the technology sector seeks a Customer Success Advisor to drive customer satisfaction and cloud transformation projects. You'll leverage your technical expertise to enhance customer outcomes and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in related cloud technologies and consulting roles. Customer Centricity: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction & become a trusted advisor. Develop and expand impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders. Provide direction to TDMs and bridge the gap between TDMs and Business Decision Makers (BDMs).
Business Impact: Promote growth in consumption (Cloud & Customer Success contracts) by developing opportunities that drive customer success, business results, and help customers derive value from their Microsoft investments.
Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft Cloud and your professional expertise. Gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, environments, and business needs, and map organizational best practices and digital transformation solutions to customer outcomes.
Technical Leadership: Align individual skills with team demands and Customer Success goals. Accelerate customer outcomes by sharing expertise, contributing to IP creation, and connecting gaps across business and technology to improve solutions at scale.
Business Value: Convey the business need and value of solutions, plans, and risks effectively to stakeholders and decision-makers, persuading and informing based on facts and strategic alignment.
Trusted Advisorship: Build trusted relationships across stakeholders by understanding customer needs and technologies.
Situational Fluency & Insightful Listening: Use self-awareness to interpret cues and ask insightful questions to understand customer issues, needs, and opportunities for added business value.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or equivalent experience. Experience in customer-facing roles involving large cloud transformation projects.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degrees and strong experience in relevant technical areas, certifications in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google), and experience with methodologies like Agile, SRE, Cloud platform engineering, or Service Management. Experience with FinOps, organizational change management, AI/Copilot, security operations, or compliance is a plus.
Certifications: Relevant technical certifications, such as Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, or PROSCI Change Practitioner, are preferred.
