Job summary
IDP Connect Ltd in London is seeking a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure SaaS solutions and guide architectural governance across a global stage. You will align technology with program goals, mentor teams, and drive innovation using AWS, microservices, and API integration to support IELTS and related education services.
The role operates in a hybrid model based in the UK, with preference for candidates near Cambridge, including regular office visits and travel for stakeholder
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in solution architecture for SaaS platforms.
- Expert-level AWS cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with IDP’s technology roadmap.
- Lead innovation using AWS services, serverless, containerisation, and event-driven patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners for seamless integration.
- Mentor architecture community, share best practices, drive excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance learner experiences.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value for senior leadership.
- Establish governance frameworks ensuring security, compliance, and quality.
