Are you passionate about cloud architecture and ready to make a significant impact within a leading organization? We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on delivering top-tier technical design artefacts and innovative solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborating with a diverse range of roles including technical managers, leads, architecture review boards, test managers, and project managers to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Being accountable for design materials essential for the successful delivery of new solutions, ensuring they are transitioned smoothly into build activities.
• Managing budgetary control effectively and providing commercially aware recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking charge of assigned projects within the Audit technology portfolio.
• Guiding technical SMEs in producing detailed engineering documentation and ensuring solutions align with business expectations and the overall technology roadmap.
• Leading the implementation and deployment of Azure solutions, providing technical oversight and ensuring correct architecture implementation.
• Supporting team members in business dialogues, contributing to business cases, budgetary forecasts, and project estimates.

What You Will Need:

• A passion for architecture with at least 6 months of design experience.
• Ability to identify and implement technical efficiency opportunities within agreed solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in deploying services within Azure.
• Extensive experience with MS technologies (Windows Server, SQL, AD, DNS, File Services, Clustering, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure-as-code, PowerShell, and DevOps principles.
• Awareness of systems thinking, considering all solution aspects like security and cost with a view to continual improvement.
• Knowledge of networking technologies in both on-prem and cloud contexts, and identity management.
• Familiarity with overall Microsoft toolsets and technologies.

Skills We'd Love to See:

• Minimum 5 years in engineering roles with solution design experience, eager to develop further.
• Broad experience across a range of technologies.
• Highly desirable certifications: AZ-104 / AZ-400AZ-303 / AZ-304 / AZ-305
