Job summary

Cyber Security training courses is seeking a security architect or security consultant to help shape and secure large-scale cloud environments, with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as the primary cloud platform.

This hybrid role in Reading or Central London involves advising cloud, engineering and architecture teams, delivering security architecture and threat modelling, and developing blueprints for secure-by-design cloud solutions across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a security architect, security consultant or security specialist in a cloud security environment.
• Some hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Job description

This global business is seeking a security architect or security consultant to help shape and secure their large-scale cloud environments, with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as the primary cloud platform.

This is a technically focused position where you'll act as a trusted security adviser to cloud, engineering and architecture teams. You'll provide security architecture, design assurance and threat modelling, helping teams build secure-by-design cloud solutions and address security risks throughout the development lifecycle. You will also be required to develop blueprints and reusable patterns as needed.

You should have hands on experience as a security architect, security consultant or security specialist in a cloud security environment. The ideal candidate will have some hands on experience with GCP.

This role is offered as hybrid in either Reading or Central London and there is no visa sponsorship available.
