Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM lead to design workshops, drive implementation, and align with UK construction regulations.

You will manage integration with Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, and construction systems; mentor teams and support pre-sales while ensuring delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Oracle project systems experience.
• 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
• UK Construction Industry Experience essential.
• Experience with Project Foundation, Costing, Billing, Contracts, Financial Management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud PPM solution design workshops and business process discussions.
• Define and implement project structures, financial plans, budgets, forecasts, cost controls and billing processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, training and deployment activities.
• Advise clients on industry best practices and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations between PPM and Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM and external construction systems.
• Support project governance, risk management, scope control and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning and hypercare activities.
• Support business development activities, solution demonstrations and pre-sales engagements.
• Ensure solutions align with UK construction industry regulations and reporting requirements.
