Global Broadcast Engineering provides technological infrastructure and operational support to for the company’s global linear playout platform to ensure our global audiences can enjoy Warner Bros. Discovery's programming around the world and across platforms. Warner Bros. Discovery is a leading global media and entertainment company and is available in more than 220 countries & territories and 50 languages.
The Way We Work...
Global Broadcast Engineering is building technology and systems that meet world class standards for which Warner Bros. Discovery is known. We provide 24/7 support for the Global Broadcast Operations team and fulfill business needs through constant innovation. We have personnel in London UK, Sterling (VA) US, and Atlanta (GA) US.
Your New Role...
Cloud Playout Systems Engineer is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of Cloud and On-premises broadcast playout at Origination Centres. The Cloud Playout System Engineers are at the forefront of Cloud and related IT technologies, interacting with the full breadth of AWS services. Engineers will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity of all global broadcast feeds, uptime for related infrastructure equipment which includes completing detailed tasks assigned.
This role is a Shift role on site at our Chiswick Park Facility.
