Who we are looking for
A Cloud Platform Technical Lead, who will work with team members and wider stakeholders to develop, operate and enhance our Google Cloud platform.
The Cloud platform team are responsible for focusing on the continued management, operation, and enhancement of our global services such as our Google Cloud platform and Cloudflare services. We help teams to adopt Cloud services in the correct way, and ensure they benefit from the inherent advantage of public Cloud and managed services, to deliver secure and reliable services, faster.
You will be highly technical and have the ability to solve complex Cloud problems, working both internally and externally to the team to deliver initiatives, alongside the operation and improvement of our existing Cloud services and products. This includes the writing, reviewing, and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) managed resources. You will act as a key escalation point and provide technical guidance to team members, helping to drive the continued adoption of our self-serve operating model.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
