As an experienced AWS Cloud Platform Engineer, you'll be at the heart of innovation, architecting and optimising the cloud infrastructure that powers their proprietary CRM platform. Your Exciting Mission:

• Design and implement groundbreaking AWS cloud platform services that fuel product development and feature expansion
  
• Develop and maintain robust PHP-based solutions integrated with AWS cloud services
  
• Master AWS Kinesis for real-time data streaming and processing across multiple internal projects
  
• Configure and manage AWS Connect contact centre solutions to enhance customer communication capabilities
  
• Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies including Amazon SageMaker and Bedrock to build intelligent solutions
  
• Transform routine tasks through automation, dramatically improving system efficiency
  
• Optimise AWS cloud infrastructure to deliver unmatched performance, scalability, and security
  
• Leverage advanced monitoring tools including Grafana, CloudWatch, and DataDog to ensure peak system performance
  
• Troubleshoot complex cloud platform challenges across development, testing, and production environments
  
• Implement fortress-like security practices across all AWS infrastructure and services
  
• Collaborate with brilliant development teams to build robust, high-performance cloud environments
  
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging AWS technologies and AI solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive PHP coding experience with cloud integration capabilities
  
• Advanced AWS Kinesis experience for real-time data processing and streaming
  
• Expert-level AWS Connect experience for contact centre solutions and customer communication workflows
  
• Commercial AI experience using Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and industry-leading LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
  

Additional Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or in a related role
  
• Unix operating system administration
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI etc
  
• Proficiency with containerisation technologies specifically Docker, Amazon ECS and ECR
  
• AWS cloud platforms including services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, OpenSearch, ElastiCache
  
• Extensive relational database knowledge (e.g. MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL), as well as NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, DynamoDB
  
• Experience with search (e.g. Elasticsearch) and caching (e.g. Redis) technologies
  
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform
  
• Strong understanding of networking (VPCs, SGs etc), firewalls, VPN, and DNS
  
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus and CloudWatch
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. GitLab) and best practices for branching, merging, and versioning
