We are looking for a Strategic Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at creating structure from chaos, and knows how to keep the engine of a business running efficiently behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, resourceful, and excited to be part of a mission-driven business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Event Coordination: Plan and manage local charity and client appreciation events, build a calendar of events, social media campaigns, and client touchpoints, manage client gifts and programs, draft and distribute newsletters.
  • Marketing & Listings Support: Oversee social media content, write property descriptions, coordinate listing logistics, and prepare listing paperwork.
  • Operations & CRM Management: Manage CRM database, set up systems for feedback and follow-ups, create SOPs, and prepare seller reports.

  • Tech-savvy (familiar with Instagram, Canva, Flodesk, Follow Up Boss)
