You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance, helping to plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively maintaining your customers’ AWS environments. Building close relationships with your customers will help you understand their business, operational needs, and technical challenges, enabling them to maximize value from AWS. The role may require travel of 10% or more as needed.
