This role involves influencing go-to-market strategies, supporting customer transformation during presales, and promoting enterprise adoption of Nutanix solutions. It is ideal for Solutions Architects aiming to grow into a key technical leadership role.

About Nutanix Cloud Native Team

Our team is responsible for aligning technology opportunities with customer objectives, acting as trusted consultants and experts in their field, and supporting sales, customer success, and partners.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies and identify opportunities.
2. Understand customer needs, design cloud-native architectures, and demonstrate solution value.
3. Provide feedback to product teams regarding client needs and market trends.
4. Build relationships with technical resources at all customer levels.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
6. Maintain subject matter expertise in Nutanix products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, especially in cloud-native environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing (Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms (Rancher, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE, D2iQ).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel 40-50%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, GitOps, ArgoCD).
• Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic) are a plus.
