Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Fullstack Developer to help build the cloud platform and user-facing apps powering our secure connected device ecosystem. You’ll work across frontend and backend, delivering scalable, secure services that enable millions of devices worldwide.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team, contribute to architecture discussions, and own end-to-end features with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and observability.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience building Python-based AWS Lambda services in production.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations) and DynamoDB.
• Experience with event-driven architectures: SQS, SNS, Step Functions, DLQ and retry patterns.
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure with Serverless, Terraform, and container-based Lambda functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver cloud-native features across the platform.
• Develop AWS-based microservices with Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, and AppSync.
• Build backend services with Python (FastAPI/Flask) and support event-driven processing.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to improve release quality and performance.
• Lead or participate in architecture and code reviews across services.
• Promote SDLC best practices: CI/CD, observability, production support.
