• Backend software development experience in production or professional settings.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C/C++, Python, or similar.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices and cloud-native development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with other engineers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new cloud technologies in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services that deliver value to customers.
• Work with senior engineers on designing and implementing scalable, reliable and maintainable services.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across a technical stack including microservices, containers and cloud infrastructure.
• Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions and documentation.
• Support the deployment, monitoring and operation of production services.
