Please only apply to this contract if you have EXPERIENCE OF MIGRATING APPLICATIONS INTO THE CLOUD AZURE! A fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Cloud Migration Project Manager to work on a major enterprise size programme of work for a global high prestigious organisation. This is a hybrid contract and will require you to be based in their London headquarters a couple of days a month.

The Cloud Migration Project Manager will work as part of a central project management function, working with internal clients to deliver end-to-end solutions across the Core Infrastructure Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, guide and manage the planning and delivery of critical Application and Infrastructure Services migrations from an on-premise Data Center to Azure.
• Work collaboratively with Business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to proactively manage dependencies and deliver the desired business outcome.
• Shape and lead teams to successful delivery of re-host application migrations.

In order to be a good match for this contract you will have experience of the following:

• Technical delivery experience of migrating systems from legacy/on-prem data centre infrastructure to Azure cloud platform.
• Experience of delivering projects from initiation through to transition into service.
• Extensive experience of technical delivery within highly regulated environments, ensuring strict compliance to technology policies and standards.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to manage and influence decisions at all levels and effective people management.
• Experience of presenting at Senior Stakeholder level and has the ability to lead complex projects.
