The Role:

At YouLend, we're looking for a Cloud Intergrations Engineer to own and evolve the tools that power our internal operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll blend technical expertise with stakeholder engagement to shape the future of our SaaS infrastructure.

Reporting to the Head of Internal IT, you'll play a key role in connecting the dots between systems, people, and processes-making our tech stack more secure, scalable, and intelligent. You'll lead on integrating SaaS platforms, automating workflows, managing identity through Microsoft Entra ID, and deploying AI-powered solutions that elevate productivity across teams.

You won't be just another cog in the machine-you'll be a trusted partner to internal teams like Legal, Finance, and Ops, enabling them through smart tech solutions. Requirements

Entra ID & SaaS Identity Integration

• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access, and SCIM integrations for SaaS platforms using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support secure identity and access management across business-facing cloud applications.

Business SaaS Automation & Integration

• Automate common business and IT processes using Power Automate, Zapier, or lo-code/no-code platforms.
• Own and support the resilient automation of license management, access requests, joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) workflows, integrating identity and application provisioning.

AI-Driven Productivity

• Build and manage AI-powered chatbots, Copilot agents, or workflow assistants for internal tools like Slack, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
• Identify opportunities for AI to reduce repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.

Cloud Application Ownership

• Lead the onboarding, integration, and ongoing optimisation of SaaS platforms in use across YouLend.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure platforms are compliant, well-governed and effectively adopted.

Security & Compliance

• Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to ensure all SaaS platforms meet DORA, ISO27001:2022, and internal compliance standards.
• Work in accordance with change management processes, maintain documentation and support internal audits or vendor reviews.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with YouLend's Legal, Finance, Ops, and other teams to ensure business systems are integrated into workflows.
• Provide technical leadership on tooling decisions, platform setup, and SaaS lifecycle governance.

Essential:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity governance, SSO, and access control.

• Solid understanding of business-facing Azure services such as Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Application Proxy.
• Familiarity with automation tools, such as Power Automate or Zapier.
• Experience working with ChatGPT/Open AI bots, Copilot Studio, or other workflow agents.
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong focus on building security and resilience into workflows/services from the ground up
• Proven ability to balance agility with change management controls, ensuring stability and stakeholder visibility in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or SolarWinds.
• Experience with SaaS risk assessments or vendor onboarding.
• Knowledge of scripting for integration or automation tasks.
• Experience designing or maintaining low-code/no-code apps.
• Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment.

Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)

• Microsoft Certified: SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• Microsoft Certified: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)
• Microsoft Certified: AI-900 (AI Fundamentals)
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent

Salary: £60-90,000 + 30% annual bonus (based on performance)
