Job summary

Carey Olsen is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Senior Analyst to own and shape the cloud and infrastructure services used by colleagues and clients. You will combine hands-on technical ownership with project leadership, cloud migration and continuous improvement.

Based in Southampton or Jersey, you’ll mentor colleagues, lead projects from inception to handover, and maintain critical services such as Microsoft 365, VMware, Citrix and networking.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience working with infrastructure systems.
• Experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams and Citrix XenApp.
• Experience managing global communications networks and troubleshooting infrastructure systems.
• The ability to explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Own assigned infrastructure products, developing deep expertise and taking responsibility for their development and support.
• Design, manage and improve cloud systems with security and privacy built in from the outset.
• Lead infrastructure projects from inception through implementation and handover to operational support.

• Mentor less experienced colleagues and work with users, suppliers and technical teams to resolve complex issues.

As a Cloud & Infrastructure Senior Analyst, you'll help enhance and transform cloud and infrastructure services, improving the technology experience for colleagues and clients. You'll combine hands-on technical ownership with project leadership, cloud migration and continuous improvement.

This role can be based in either our Southampton or Jersey offices.
