Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable, reliable, and self-healing solutions with minimal refactoring.
• Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems.
• Monitor service level indicators and proactively resolve issues.
• Participate in 24x7 support and lead during incidents.
• Ensure tooling and ecosystems meet cyber policies.
• Coach team members and be accountable for software outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Formal training or certification in software development with advanced experience.
• Passion for automation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with languages like Java, Python, Node.js, React, or scripting languages.
• Experience supporting highly available cloud systems, AWS, DevOps, and SRE practices.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD, Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases, Kafka, load balancing, IP, DNS.
• Knowledge of incident and release management, RCA/Postmortem practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and container technologies.
• Knowledge of asset management concepts.
• Monitoring and managing plant capacity.
• Experience in low latency environments.
• Understanding of connectivity and exchange protocols.
