Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure, maximizing uptime and performance.

You will automate provisioning with IaC (Terraform, Ansible), strengthen security, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with development teams to deliver reliable deployments.

Expert knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, containers (Kubernetes, Docker), networking, storage, and incident response is essential.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong background in networking, storage, and virtualization.
• Proficient with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Deep understanding of containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Advanced troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using IaC tools.
• Implement and maintain robust security practices and compliance standards across environments.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver clear, effective written and verbal communication to stakeholders.
