La Fosse in London is seeking an experienced Contract recruiter to own the established Cloud & Infrastructure desk. You’ll join a proven market with warm client relationships and a strong track record, working with a senior recruiter to shape the desk’s next growth phase.

You will build client partnerships, identify new business, attract top candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer. Hybrid working from our London office with autonomy and career development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, or change space.
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Confidence sourcing talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Solid negotiation and offer management skills, with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset, with a proactive approach to hitting personal and shared targets.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus) and understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices.

• Support clients and candidates from negotiating terms through to managing the best package at offer stage.
• Keep accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure GDPR/compliance alignment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights to support clients’ needs.
