Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud and security services in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in Microsoft cloud technologies and ITIL/ISO27001/PCI DSS are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues, service owners and stakeholders.
• Help shape service improvements and technology decisions.
• Contribute to development of standards, processes and documentation and support knowledge sharing across IT.
