Job summary

Voyage Education Partnership is seeking an ambitious Digital Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of our digital infrastructure, technology services and cyber security across the Trust.

You will work with the COO, Executive Team, Headteachers and Trustees to lead the Digital Services Team, drive technology innovation, ensure secure and resilient digital services, and enable teaching, learning and business operations across our academies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading digital services and infrastructure operations within a multi-site organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for all aspects of the Trust's digital infrastructure and technology services.
• Lead cyber security strategy, incident response, vulnerability management and cyber resilience.
• Oversee IT service management and customer-focused support across all schools and central teams.
• Drive digital transformation programmes and infrastructure modernisation projects.
• Manage digital procurement, supplier management and technology investment planning.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery and organisational resilience activities.
