Job summary

Ventula Consulting Ltd. seeks a senior Tech Lead to define technology strategy for digital customer and marketing platforms. The role spans architecture, engineering and strategy, with hands-on leadership to shape web, apps and platform direction.

You will partner with product teams, leadership and external engineering partners to establish architecture, drive agile delivery and ensure scalable, cloud-first solutions across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, information technology, system analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
Expert digital and customer technologist with omni-channel multi-cloud experience in a fast-paced, international org.
Strong experience in agile and Dev/SecOps with continuous delivery by in-house teams or suppliers.
Ability to advise agile teams on opportunities, impact and risks, considering tech debt.
Stay updated with tech trends and experiment with new tools in digital/customer platforms.

Responsibilities

Define technology strategy and architecture for digital and customer platforms.
Shape engineering principles and ensure scalable, cloud-first solutions.
Collaborate with product teams and partners to steer roadmaps and architecture decisions.
Own technical roadmaps and drive introduction of new tools and processes.
