Job Description:

• Quickly locate the root cause of failures and performance issues, implement solutions, eliminate failures, and provide detailed analysis and reports.
• Develop and implement inspection plans for data center virtualization and desktop virtualization, optimizing through automated tools and scripts.
• Guide customers in developing operation, maintenance, and monitoring strategies for virtualization.
• Plan and perform updates and optimizations of virtualization infrastructure to ensure security and performance.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers to resolve complex problems.

Personal Specifications: Qualifications and requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of IT operation and maintenance experience, specializing in data center and desktop virtualization.
• Proficient in virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, KVM, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenDesktop, or VMware Horizon.
• Experience with at least one public cloud service like AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or Huawei Cloud.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), network technologies, and hardware configurations.
• Experience with advanced virtualization tools and performance analysis utilities like PerfMon, Sysinternals, SystemTap, Wireshark, TCPDump.
• Ability to write and optimize scripts using PowerShell and Bash for automation.
• Experience in implementing automated operations in hybrid cloud environments is preferred.
