An Australian-owned MSP / CSP is looking to hire a Cloud Engineer to their CloudOps team to focus on either AWS or Azure cloud services. The company has built a strong reputation over the last 20 years for providing excellent service and modern IT solutions across Public Cloud, Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, Networking.

The position will be working within the Operations Team providing Azure and / or AWS specific support, however there are multiple pathways to develop your skills into other teams / technologies.

What you will be doing :

• Provide excellent technical support to a range of customers
• Act as an Azure / AWS SME to resolve escalated requests in a timely manner
• Develop standard operating procedures and processes for optimal, repeatable service delivery
• Provide ongoing recommendations to update processes and enhance customer service
• Work closely with other SMEs on more complex technical Azure / AWS escalations
• Communicate and document everything to the highest level

What you need to succeed :

• 3+ years experience in an Azure and / or AWS focused operations position
• Must have previous experience in a busy Operations team
• Previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider
• Experience working with Service Management Tools - ServiceNow
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
